Janet and Jon, along with their cherished friends and family, were among the most delightful clients we’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. This wonderful couple made it a priority to focus on the meaningful details, celebrating their love with joy alongside their loved ones.

For their wedding, Janet opted for a rich palette of dark plum and silvery grey. The most enjoyable part of her wedding planning journey was selecting her dress. Because an Ohio wedding in July is generally hot and humid, she wisely chose a short and stylish dress. The bodice of her gown was adorned with lace and pearls, accentuated by a deep violet wedding sash adorned with pearl drops. Her loose and flowing hair was crowned with a crystal tiara, while a crystal-edged veil gracefully framed her radiant face.

Janet embellished her hands with henna hearts, beautifully complementing the handmade jewelry crafted by Ashley Smith. Ordering the flowers was another highlight of her wedding preparations. The bouquets consisted of a stunning assortment of lavender, mauve, and cream roses, harmonizing with the mix-and-match dark plum dresses worn by her attendants.

Following a heartfelt wedding ceremony beneath an arch draped with wisteria, the wedding reception also took place at Guy’s Party Center. Janet’s choice of table decor was truly unique and captivating. Each table was adorned with clear balloons embellished with twinkling fairy lights and accompanied by mercury glass candle votives. A keepsake frame was provided for guests to leave sweet messages on wooden hearts.

The reception was a lively event, with the crowd enjoying themselves and making the most of the occasion. Janet and Jon’s friends and family welcomed them with bubbles, creating a lovely grand entrance. The couple hosted a charming dollar dance, giving them the opportunity to dance with their guests and share special moments. In keeping with tradition, the newlyweds signed their names on the wishing well cardholder at Guy’s Party Center.
